Sindur Shah McRedmond is a Graduate Gemologist, jewellery designer and owner of Sindur Fine & Antique Jewelry in Cincinnati, Ohio.

At the age of 18, she attended the prestigious Gemological Institute of America (GIA) in Los Angeles, CA where she studied both the art and science of diamonds, gemstones and jewellery.

After graduating with degrees in Gemology and Jewelry Design, Sindur developed her own external consulting business working with many renowned regional jewellers, leveraging her expertise in merchandising, jewellery design, gemological evaluations, diamond and gemstone sourcing, appraisals and estate buying.

In addition to her consulting business, Sindur assumed the role of director of gemology at Everything But The House (EBTH) in 2016, where she led the transformation of a $6-million-dollar-a-year department into $30 million in sales processed in 2018.

In 2006, after more than a decade as a practicing gemologist and consultant, Sindur formally established her own company and launched Sindur Fine & Antique Jewellery, offering services in custom design & bridal, appraisals and independent jewellery design for individuals and wholesale traders, as well as consulting services for other Cincinnati-area jewellers.
